CPRI

The Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI) is directly operated by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services. CPRI provides provincial, highly specialized, trauma-informed treatment and targeted intervention services for children and youth of Ontario with complex combinations of special needs including severe behavioural and emotional challenges, mental health and developmental disabilities, and autism. Services may include interdisciplinary assessment, consultation, and treatment to children and youth who are at risk of displacement from home, school, and/or community. CPRI conducts applied research and develops evidence-informed education to build knowledge and capacity in mental health and developmental services sectors.
