CRIPCAS

The Centre de recherche interdisciplinaire sur les problèmes conjugaux et les agressions sexuelles (CRIPCAS) is a strategic alliance funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Société et culture (FRQSC) since 2002, which currently brings together researchers, partner organizations, students, and postdoctoral fellows. CRIPCAS's program of research focuses on both sexual assault and intimate relationship problems, as well as the intersection between these two issues. Given this focus, many CRIPCAS research members also work as clinicians, thus demonstrating a certain anchoring at the practice level. In addition, CRIPCAS maintains partnerships and collaborations with numerous practice settings, which allows not only the development of knowledge with respect to best practices, but also the implementation and evaluation of several prevention and intervention models.
