Ronak Karami
McGill University
Ronak is an experienced Kurdish researcher and psychosocial intervention worker with proficiency in multiple languages. She has a demonstrated track record of working within various communities and non-profit organizations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Isfahan and a Master's degree in Gender and Social Justice from McMaster University. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in the School of Social Work at McGill University, focusing on the experiences of immigration-related trauma among West Asian migrant women youth residing in Canada.
